Rahila is qualified in both England and Scotland. She joined Swan Turton in October 2010 and works with David Farquharson in the Corporate department. Rahila advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial law. Rahila has worked for a variety of clients, from individuals to retail and energy companies. More recently she has assisted in transactions involving clients from the media and entertainment industry.

Rahila studied Law at the University of Strathclyde and completed her Diploma in Legal Practice at the Glasgow Graduate School of Law in 2006, qualifying in 2008.

Before joining Swan Turton, Rahila worked with a large commercial firm in Scotland for 4 years, working with the Corporate department and Health & Safety Insurance Team. She was also a member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Equality & Diversity Committee for 3 years.
