Anne is a consultant in the firm's Communications and Corporate Groups.

After qualifying in a City law firm, Anne worked in some of the UK's leading in-house legal teams, including BT and Shell.

A former General Counsel & Company Secretary to Storm Telecommunications and Sodexho, Anne specialises in providing business-focussed commercial and corporate legal advice for clients in the communications, IT, digital media and services sectors.

Anne has particular expertise in sales and procurement contracts, developing standard terms of trading, shareholders agreements, outsourcing, and agency and distribution arrangements.  Having been a senior manager in a private equity-backed "start-up", Anne understands how to advise businesses at an early stage of development.

Anne is also experienced in dealing with major international projects and in acting for US clients breaking into European markets.
